
We roast these beans in separate batches and different temperatures. Then we blend them back together to create a distinctive, complex, single origin espresso.
The Ketiara Cooperative has over 890 grower-members and is the only cooperative run by women in this important coffee growing region. Members voted to become Organic and Fairtrade certified in 2012. They also made a commitment to use proceeds to create programs for health, education, and public infrastructure benefiting all cooperative members.
